Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to support our Head - Sales in driving sales, building relationships with Key accounts & Institutional customer, and expanding Kaymo's presence. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales, a willingness to learn, and the ability to independently deliver product demonstrations and achieve results.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition & Management:
Identify/ acquire and on-board new customers directly or through sales team.
Manage existing customer relationship and grow them.
Assess city/cluster demand potential and strategize ways to grow customer businesses.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Engage in local activities to generate leads and identify potential customers.
Tap into relevant corporate leads, follow up consistently, and close deals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers ensuring their satisfaction and sustained loyalty.
Act as the point of contact for resolving customer inquiries and delivering post-sales support. Sales Planning & Reporting:
Collaborate with the Head - Sales to achieve market share and revenue goals.
Regularly report on sales activities, market feedback, and competitor insights on CRM.
Product Demonstration & Training:
Conduct independent and effective demonstrations of Kaymo's tools and fasteners to clients.
Educate clients about product specifications, benefits, and applications.
Requirement:
Male candidate
Age – 32-36
Industrial sales experience required in direct sales
